Terms & Conditions

1. A one months notice period must be given to cancel a payment subscription. If children decide to leave in the middle of a month another months payment will be due- and the children can continue to attend for that month.
2. For our musical theatre and drama classes- children must try their best to attend all classes and show commitment towards any performances we are working on. Children who wish to quit during a performance should not do so with less than a month before the show/ performance.
3. If a child continually misses classes they may have to be re-cast in a show/performance and lose their space in the class.
4. All children and young people will be respectful to Elderberry arts Staff and other pupils. If disrespectful behaviour occurs- the Elderberry Arts team has the right to ask children to leave a class and in an extreme situation- not return to classes.
5. Parents will make every attempt to pay monthly subscription fees on time. (They come out on the 1st of each month and run all year- including over holidays.) If a payment is missed they will inform Elderberry Arts and organise an alternative payment method - i.e. bank transfer. They must also then set back up the classforkids subscription.
